underwhelming stay with some issues

the staff spoke english fluently and that was acceptable.
the breakfast was overpriced and the choices were limited. there were no vegetables and the coffee was not good. the hotel seems shabby with torn wallpaper fixed with tape. broken tiles in the bathroom.

The location was convenient, being so close to major transport hubs. i found it easy to access the sete rios train and bus station (it's practically next door). the staff were very kind. They allowed me to use the pool before check-in, which i was very grateful for. the room was clean and i found the bed very comfortable.
The breakfast was a bit basic. I noticed a limited selection of fresh vegetables.

the staff members were english fluent and always available. they helped me whenever i needed it. tatiana assisted my wife and me when we booked an uber to the airport (she was very helpful).

the staff provided help with my requests.
the room presented multiple issues. the bathroom ceiling featured wet mold marks, also rust was visible in the shower area. i found silver fish emerging from the plug, a rather unpleasant discovery. furthermore, the shower head tilted consistently, leading to water spilling across the bathroom floor.
